Combined Orders

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for combined orders placed during launch weekends or promotional periods.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

• Flat shipping rate: S$3.80 (inclusive of GST)

• All orders are shipped via Singapore Post

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

International Shipping (Rest of World)

• Flat shipping rate: S$15 (inclusive of GST)

• All orders are shipped via Singapore Post

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Orders: Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for processing and dispatch.

• Launch or Restock Orders: During product launches or restocks, processing may take 3–5 business days due to higher order volumes.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be processed starting the following Monday.
