Customized Orders

All of our shirts are individually customized and made-to-order based on your selected specifications. As such, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any customized items. We kindly advise all customers to ensure that sizing, design selections, and all order details are reviewed thoroughly prior to confirming their purchase.

Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of our production process and the personalized elements involved, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for customized products unless the item received is defective or an error was made on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nevermind8sg@gmail.com or our Instagram page. We will be happy to assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or alternative resolution.
